TV motivation!!

One thing I do like to watch when I am trying to lose weight is the biggest loser!! These people are amazing and go through crazy tasks. Now remember they are working out 6-8 hours a day and have a stocked pantry with no junk food distraction so of course they are going to shed the pounds at a fast rate. Us squishies in the real world are tormented by junk food at every corner as well as TV.. Tv is the worst I think cuz your like OMG that looks soo fucking good!! Well thats why I love love the weight loss shows..
  1. The people on the show are seriously obese and just think if they can do it then so can you! So grow a pair and fucking do it! haha thats exactly what I tell myself thats why its so harsh
  2. They give you amazing food tips.. I always learn knew things
  3. They are just fun to watcH!!
So if your feeling down and not sure you can push any further find a weight loss show and just watch it and learn from it!
